| Our High Five of the week goes to Francois Hougaard who was our BULLSClub "MAN OF THE MATCH" against the Waratahs after the youngster scores two brilliant tries to give our Bulls a win. |
Our Bulls are a "total" rugby team
It is final now, our Bulls team are a “total” rugby team and you will
immediately ask why?
Well here are the facts:
1) This is their 13th consecutive Super win at the Bull-ring, Loftus,
which makes them virtually unbeatable on their home ground.
2) This is the third consecutive win in the Super 14 competition this
year and their points tally is 149 points, which are averaging about 50
points per match, while some of the other local teams struggle to get
into double figures in some matches.
3) The Bulls are the only ........

Dewald Potgieter will start
in his first Super 14 match
of the season, when the
Bulls take on the Highlanders
at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.
Potgieter came off the bench
against the Waratahs two
weeks ago after a knee strain
ruled him out of the Bulls first
two fixtures.
The 23-year-old flank replaces stalwart Pedrie
Wannenburg, who moves to the bench, from where
he will earn his 102nd cap.
Captain Victor Matfield will lead the side for the 50th
time and will play in his 99th game of Super Rugby.
Coach Frans Ludeke welcomed back a fit-again
Pierre Spies at No.8, where he will partner Potgieter
and Derick Kuün, who will start for a second
consecutive week at open side.
Deon Stegmann is still on the bench, along with
four other forwards.

wees as ons nie die sagte punte aan die begin van
ons games weggee nie.
Ons sien uit na die res van die seisoen, daar is groot
dinge aan die broei !!!!

Bring die bull babes terug na loftus. Dus nie lekker om
na die ander spanne se dames te kyk nie. Aangesien
hulle nie n dans vertoning soos die van die bull babes
kan gee nie. Kyk ons rugby is nou mooi en op sy beste,
dit sal nog mooier wees na n prag drie met n dans
vertoning, van die pragtige bull babes. Onthou ver ons
hier in die Noord Kaap wat nie die geleentheid geniet
om n game op Loftus te kan sien nie. Is dit altyd n prag
game hier in my sitkamer waar ek my rugby geniet en
hard ver die bull babes kan fluit. Komaan bring die
skooner geslag terug. As ek dit nie verkeerd het nie
was die Blou Bulle een van die eerste spanne wat
dansers gehad het.

| Bakkies Botha will miss both home Super 14 matches against the Highlanders (this Saturday) and Hurricanes before the Bulls embark on their Australasian tour and also not make the tour. The Springbok lock's rehabilitation has taken longer than envisaged. "We're not considering Bakkies for the tour. He will stay home and carry on with the rehab programme he's on," Bulls doctor Org Strauss confirmed on Monday. |
